A friend of Charlie's texted him a picture of a Daredevil Funko Pop he picked up from Hot Topic, so he ran over to our local HT and got one for our collection. It's apparently some kind of exclusive, so you can only get it there. (Let's be honest, there are worse reasons to go to Hot Topic). From what he told me, HT is about 80% Funko Pops now, so it may be a good stop when you're looking for some for your collection.
It also turns out HT has the Doctor Who Funko Pops in stock as a "pre-release exclusive," which from what I can tell means they just have them before any other shops. So he picked up a Cyberman for me, which will most likely be the only one I get.
He's surprisingly happy! I think they did a great job of adapting the Cyberman look to the Funko Pop shape. And I'm even happier that they don't have the stupid Cybus thing on them anymore.
I still don't quite have a good home for my Doctor Who collectables yet. I'm hoping that, once we get into a bigger place, we have some good dedicated shelving to show off our stupidly big collection of nerdy stuff.
